We mainly specialize in window and door glass replacement of residential and commercial premises, our services include, shopfront repairs, supply louvre blades, showerscreen repairs and maintenance, pool fence repairs, ballustrades, window winders, keyed window locks, rollers and wheels for uour doors and windows. Also offering an after hours services for emergency glass replacement including board ups and make safes to keep your premises safe and secure.

Normal operating hours are 6am - 2.00pm

Occasionally do a couple early mornings on Saturday or Sundays, only if I'm available. So add this if it is an option. Also can do early mornings 5.00am to work around your work schedules.

After hours is available an additional charge is applied to this service as it's out of ordinary hours so please email and also flick me a text, so that I can match up the contact info and if i'm available I will call and respond to your enquiry.

My work phone is set to do not disturb but I get emails and the text messages I check at random times when I get a break.

If All Information is included I will respond, if there is little to no information I won't get to it until I get through work that has provided the relevant information first.

I provide a quote via text also only once I recieve all information asked for, if you require a written quotation or a site visit for a quote this incures a fee which is deducted if the job is a go ahead, So you are aware the majority of quoted jobs go in a pile once sent and get put to the back of my jobs to do once approved and as I'm a sole trader, I don't have receptionist to chase up quotes or book in jobs so they will take a little longer to get to.

Windows typically range from $140 to $600 plus GST.

Doors typically range from $240 to $1250 plus GST. 

Shopfronts and Commercial doors, framed and framless typically range from $300 to $3000 plus GST.

These rates are estimates only and may vary depending on the type, color of glass, and whether additional rubbers or trims or additional labour is required and your location depending if based in Mackay or if out of town there is usually a wait time once I have arranged multiple jobs for the same area.

I can usually give an accurate price if all info is sent through in the form or you can email or send  it all in the one message.

Glass types

Standard colours for windows and doors in and around Mackay are typically Clear, Grey or Dark Grey.

To know which one you require simply put a piece of white paper behind it and have half not and you will be able to see if it's clear or light grey or dark grey easily. Even take a photo and send it through if your not sure.

Bathroom (frosted/obscure) or wet areas and louvre blades all require to be made with safety glass to meet Australian standards. There is a lot of types available and even more discontinued.  Simply photograph the glass and send it through to us or you can use Google image search to find it and it will tell you the type it is.
